We're thrilled to share a great moment in Careberry's journey, the revolutionary care management software born from the vision of Care & Carers Ltd!

In the world of looking after people, keeping them safe is of upmost importance. At Care & Carers we are like superheroes, making sure vulnerable people are okay and protected.

Caring for people, especially in the community, comes with its fair share of challenges. We often struggle with recruitment because there just aren't enough staff to go around.

Toward the end of year 12, we were all asked to complete a week of work experience. The purpose of this was to give us a glimpse of what working is like, as well as allow us to get some experience within a field we are interested in. Completing my work experience at Care and Carers was very rewarding and allowed me to work in a field related to psychology- which is what I hope to pursue in the future.

On the 16th of August this year I have achieved working in health and social care for 11 years, it’s been an experience like no other and I would not change a single thing about it. I have met so many wonderful people.

We launched our own care management platform, Careberry, in late 2018, and nearly four years later, we are thrilled to celebrate a significant milestone! This remarkable platform has played a crucial role in establishing us as a top-rated care provider, earning the trust of many people in Buckinghamshire and South Oxfordshire.

After spending over 17 years working in the health and social care, I noticed a recurring pattern: while many care companies were driven by enthusiasm and compassion, there seemed to be a significant gap when it came to incorporating technology into the home care services.

In the fast-paced world of homecare, where staff turnover rates can be as high as 30%, Care & Carers has emerged as an exception, boasting an incredibly low turnover rate of only 9%. This impressive statistic not only sets us apart from our competitors but also speaks volumes about our commitment to providing exceptional care and support to both our clients and employees.

We would like to share the success story and progress we have made with our live-in care service user; A 92-year-old individual, which commenced on December 15, 2022, through ICB.

We are incredibly honoured to have received the Home care Top 20 Provider Award, and we are quite proud of it. This recognition honours the commitment and compassion of our amazing team!
