  • £11.25 Monday Friday 06:00-18:00 

  • £12.50 - weekend & evening rate 

  • £17.00 - bank holiday rate

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday – care visits starts from 7am until 22.00 hours (Usually 7am to 14.00 and 14.00 to 22.00) 

  • Overtime 

  • Weekend availability (7am to 22.00 hours – same patterns as weekdays) 

 

Supplemental pay types:

Summary of Job Description

Hours: Full-time (39 hours/week), Part-time (20 hours or less/week) 

Role: To provide personalized in-home care and support to older adults and individuals with disabilities, enabling them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Offer care and support for daily living tasks and provide companionship 

  • Administer medication, assist with personal care, and help with preparing for daily activities 

  • Identify and respond to any potential abuse or harm 

  • Follow policies and procedures as outlined during induction 

  • Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role. 

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in providing care to older adults or individuals with disabilities 

  • Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures for in-home care 

  • Strong commitment to promoting independence and enhancing quality of life 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Dedication to preventing and addressing any potential abuse or harm.
