As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our domiciliary care and home support services for adults. Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records to ensure smooth office operations.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in organising office events, meetings, and other activities as needed.
- Utilise computerised systems for documentation and communication purposes

- Updating company website
- updating company social media

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications such as word and excel.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
